We provide a severe storm list. This is for our customers who have priority after a major storm or tornado. For ex. if a heavy storm comes through, the customers on the list recieve the first service depending on the order they place on the list. If there is no damage to the property we notify the property owner that everything is in order by either phone or email which ever they perfer. If there is damage to the property we will notify the owner and let them know what the damage is and give them an estimate of the cost to clean up the damage.
