It is very hard to give a price on removing a tree without seeing it first. We get alot of calls from potential customers wanting to know how much we charge to remove a tree. Its hard to give it out over the phone because, there are so many variables. A stand alone tree with nothing around it will cost you less as much as a tree with structure underneath it, such as, a house, driveway, cars, fences, swimming pools or other prized trees. Then there are dump fees involved.... once we remove the tree...... the tree is gone from your place and now has become ours to get rid of. The dumping fees are usually around $65.00 a ton or more depending where you are located. A full grown mature tree can weigh thousands of pounds which also affects how much the tree will cost you to get it removed.
So with all of that said, tree removal is not cheap and it is very dangerous....... i've always told customers that if a company's price is to good to be true.... then you are probably right!! You cant afford to have a mistake in removing a tree from your home. Make sure that who ever you use has liability insurance, a good tree company will have a copy with them at all times!!
